1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Eazy Grades. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, uploading content, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Eazy Grades.

2. The Service
Eazy Grades provides AI-powered study tools, including document upload, flashcard generation, practice exams, academic writing support, document-grounded Ask Eazy Grades AI, originality analysis, rewriting, and export tools. The service uses artificial intelligence and third-party infrastructure to process your inputs and generate outputs.
Eazy Grades is intended as an educational preparation, tutoring, research, drafting, feedback, and demonstration tool. It is not a degree-granting institution, university, college, school, examination body, admissions service, or substitute for your instructor, tutor, supervisor, academic adviser, or institution's rules.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Eazy Grades.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person may use each account. Account sharing, resale, or pooling is not allowed.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
4. Academic Integrity
- Eazy Grades is designed to support learning, revision, research, tutoring, feedback, source organisation, lesson preparation, exemplar creation, and drafting.
- Tutors, teachers, lecturers, academic coaches, and training providers may use Eazy Grades to create practice questions, model answers, teaching examples, discussion prompts, rubrics, revision packs, and demonstration materials for lawful educational purposes.
- You are responsible for understanding and following your school, university, employer, or examination body's rules on AI use, citation, collaboration, and academic conduct.
- If you submit any AI-assisted work, you are responsible for reviewing it, editing it, verifying citations and facts, and making any required disclosure.
- Do not submit AI-generated or AI-assisted output as your own original work where doing so would breach an academic integrity rule, assessment rule, honour code, employment policy, professional duty, or examination condition.
- Generated examples, drafts, outlines, answers, papers, references, analyses, and rewrites are for permitted study, teaching, research, drafting, and review workflows. They are not a guarantee that any institution will permit, accept, grade, or approve your use of the material.
- We do not guarantee any grade, academic outcome, originality score, plagiarism score, AI-detection score, admission result, or professional result.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Eazy Grades for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not upload sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and you have authority to do so.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, subscription gates, or security controls.
- Do not scrape, resell, copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform or generated outputs.
- Do not use Ask Eazy Grades AI as a general chatbot; it is intended for content you upload or create in the app.
- Do not use Eazy Grades to impersonate another person, forge authorship, fabricate evidence, falsify academic records, misrepresent your identity, or conceal prohibited assistance.
- Do not use Eazy Grades to complete an assessment, exam, quiz, admission task, certification, or professional evaluation on behalf of another person or in breach of applicable rules.
- Do not use Eazy Grades to create, buy, sell, distribute, or submit contract-cheating, ghost-written, pre-written, or otherwise prohibited assessment work.
- Do not use Eazy Grades to target, mislead, or interfere with any school, college, university, examination body, publisher, platform, employer, or regulator.
6. AI Outputs and Accuracy
- AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific purpose.
- Generated citations, quotations, references, and factual claims must be independently verified.
- You are responsible for reviewing all generated materials before relying on or submitting them.
- We may apply formatting, citation, safety, and quality controls, but these controls do not guarantee correctness.
7. Institutional Policies and Third-Party Rules
- Academic and professional rules differ by country, institution, department, course, instructor, assignment, examination, publisher, employer, and professional body.
- You must check the rules that apply to your use case before relying on Eazy Grades. If the rules are unclear, ask your instructor, tutor, supervisor, school, university, employer, or examination body before using AI assistance.
- Eazy Grades is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by any school, college, university, examination body, admissions body, publisher, employer, or professional regulator unless we state that relationship in writing.
- Eazy Grades does not promise that any output will satisfy academic integrity rules, plagiarism policies, AI-use policies, assessment instructions, citation standards, or marking criteria.
- We may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate use that appears intended to breach academic integrity rules, facilitate misconduct, create legal risk, or harm a third party or institution.
8. Your Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of documents, prompts, instructions, and other content you upload.
- You grant Evolve Orbit FZC a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Eazy Grades.
- Subject to your compliance with these terms, generated study materials and papers are made available to you for personal study, research, and academic preparation.
- The Eazy Grades platform, branding, software, design, workflows, and technology remain owned by Evolve Orbit FZC or its licensors.
9. Plans, Trials, and Usage Limits
- The free trial is a limited preview and is capped by documents, projects, papers, flashcards, exams, and Ask Eazy Grades AI questions.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and include the limits shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Usage limits may apply per calendar month, per paper, per account, or per feature. Unused allowance does not carry over.
- We may block, throttle, or refuse requests that exceed plan limits, abuse the service, or create operational risk.
- Plan names, prices, features, and limits may change. Existing subscribers will receive notice where required.
10. Payments, Cancellation, and No-Refund Policy
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- You may cancel your subscription from Settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for unused time, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, academic outcomes, or change of mind. Refunds or credits for verified service failures are discretionary unless a remedy is required by law.

11. Cookies and Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies, browser storage, analytics, and preferences is described in our Cookie Policy.
12. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Eazy Grades reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable due to maintenance, third-party providers, model availability, security events, usage spikes, or factors outside our control. We may update, suspend, remove, or change features where needed to improve or protect the service.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the service, fail to pay, or use the platform in a way that may harm Eazy Grades, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
14. Disclaimers
Eazy Grades is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
We do not provide legal, academic, admissions, employment, professional, disciplinary, or institutional compliance advice. Any policy-related information in Eazy Grades is general product guidance only and must not be treated as permission to use AI where your applicable rules prohibit or restrict it.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolve Orbit FZC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, academic, reputational, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Eazy Grades in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation includes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, claims relating to academic misconduct allegations, disciplinary action, rejected submissions, failed assessments, loss of marks, institutional complaints, plagiarism findings, AI-detection findings, citation errors, factual errors, or third-party policy decisions.
16. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolve Orbit FZC, Eazy Grades, and their officers, contractors, providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, your breach of these terms, your breach of a third party or institutional rule, or your submission, disclosure, or reliance on AI-generated or AI-assisted output.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
