Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Eazy Grades, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Eazy Grades is operated by Evolve Orbit FZC, UAE Free Zone.

2. The Service

Eazy Grades provides AI-powered study tools including flashcard generation, practice exams, and academic paper writing with citations. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your inputs.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Eazy Grades.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may use AI-generated content for study, research, and academic preparation.
• Academic integrity: If you submit AI-generated papers as coursework, you are responsible for compliance with your institution's policies on AI use. Many institutions require disclosure of AI assistance.
• You must not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
• You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the AI models, or resell generated content.
• Automated or programmatic access (scraping, bots) is prohibited.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Content is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinated citations, or factual errors.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will pass AI detection tools or plagiarism checks.
• Research sources suggested by the AI should be independently verified.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of documents you upload.
• AI-generated content (flashcards, papers, exams) is licensed to you for personal and academic use.
• The Eazy Grades platform, design, and underlying technology remain the property of Evolve Orbit FZC.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

• Free trials last 7 days. No credit card is required for the trial.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the service extensively. Contact support@evolveorbit.com.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

8. Usage Limits

Each plan has monthly limits on paper generation, flashcard decks, exams, and analyses. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused allowance does not carry over.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eazy Grades is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for: academic consequences from using AI-generated content, inaccuracies in generated content, data loss beyond what is recoverable from backups, or service interruptions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved through the courts of the UAE.
