Except where required by law, Eazy Grades does not offer refunds. Paid subscriptions, renewals, plan changes, and other purchases are final once payment is completed because the service immediately consumes digital AI, storage, processing, and infrastructure resources when you use it.
Eazy Grades provides a limited free trial so you can test the core workflow before paying. The trial is capped and does not require a card. Because the service can generate and consume digital AI outputs immediately, paid purchases are non-refundable after checkout unless applicable law says otherwise or we decide, at our sole discretion, that a verified service failure justifies a goodwill credit or refund.
If Eazy Grades suffers a verified technical failure that prevents meaningful access to the paid service, you may contact support for review. Any refund, credit, extension, or other remedy is discretionary unless a remedy is required by law. We may consider account activity, generated output, feature usage, logs, billing history, and whether the issue was caused by Eazy Grades, a third-party provider, user error, unsupported files, local device issues, network issues, or breach of these terms.
You can cancel your subscription from Settings or by contacting support@eazygrades.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or refund rights required by applicable law. If you believe there has been a duplicate charge, unauthorised charge, billing error, or legally required refund situation, contact support@eazygrades.com with the email address on your account, the charge date, and a description of the issue.
