1. Who We Are

Eazy Grades is operated by Evolve Orbit FZC, a company registered in the UAE Free Zone. Contact: support@evolveorbit.com.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, profile picture (if using Google sign-in).
  • Content: documents you upload, flashcard decks, practice exams, and papers generated.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation counts, session duration.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers — only Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, error logs (via Sentry).

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the service: generating flashcards, exams, and papers from your documents.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send transactional emails (trial reminders, payment confirmations).
  • To improve the product through usage analytics.
  • To monitor and fix errors.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase (EU) — authentication and database hosting.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — paper writing, research, and analysis. Your document content is sent to Claude for processing but is not stored by Anthropic for training.
  • Google (Gemini AI) — flashcard and exam generation. Subject to Google's AI terms.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Vercel — hosting and serverless functions.
  • Sentry — error monitoring (collects technical error data only).
  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics.
  • Resend — transactional emails.

5. Data Retention

Your documents, flashcards, and generated content are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Error logs are retained for 90 days.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). We use Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage tracking. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

8. Children

Eazy Grades is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
